Frequently asked questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. Everhall Live runs in a current browser on a computer or a phone.

Do guests need an account?

No. Guests open the invite link and type their name. Only the person who starts or schedules a meeting signs in, with a Google account.

How many people can join a meeting?

Up to 50 people can be in one meeting at the same time.

How long does a meeting stay open?

Until the host ends it for everyone. If the host does not, it closes 12 hours after its scheduled end time (or 12 hours after its start, if it has no end time): everyone still in it is disconnected and the link stops working. You can join from 10 minutes before the start.

Can the host remove someone?

Yes. The host can remove a person from the meeting. Anyone with the link can join again, so share it only with people you want in the meeting.

Are meetings recorded?

No. Everhall Live does not record meetings.

What does it cost?

Everhall Live is free during the beta.

Which languages does it support?

Arabic and English. You can switch language at any time.
