DRAFT
Privacy policy
This page is a draft for review. It is not a final privacy policy and makes no legal commitments. It describes what the beta does today.
What Everhall Live stores
- When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture.
- Each signed-in session: its IP address and browser (user agent).
- Meetings you create: title, times and the invite link.
- The name a guest types to join a meeting.
- Chat messages sent in a meeting.
- Short join diagnostics: browser, operating system and whether joining worked.
Audio and video
Audio, video and screen shares travel through Everhall's media servers to the other people in the meeting. Everhall Live does not record them.
Cookies
Signing in sets a session cookie so you stay signed in. Guests get no cookie.
To be completed
Retention periods, service providers, where data is processed, your rights and how to contact us will be written before Everhall Live leaves the beta.
